Description:The Manager of Creative Services will lead the efforts through concept, design and production.

Key responsibilities for this position include:

• Act as the steward for the company and product brands ensuring that implementations are consistent with the brand and image that we want to present to the market.

• Manage the day-to-day activities of the graphic design, web and documentation teams. Oversee the application of corporate identity elements such as logos, graphics, web presentation, etc

• Lead the Creative Services effort including individual, team and third-party development, goal setting, annual performance appraisals, and provide ongoing support and feedback.

Work in conjunction with product development, sales and marketing to establish design needs for current and future communication tools. This would include product sheets, web content, trade show graphics, advertisements, direct marketing, etc.

Provide hands-on support with concept and design of creative elements as required.

This position is an instrumental part of creating and maintaining our corporate and product identity, and as such, this person will be the key steward of our market and customer-facing brand identity. Implementation of a consistent brand across our products and company is a top priority for this management role.

This hands-on manager will contribute directly to the daily creative process in addition to managing the efforts of the above teams.

Duties:Our ideal candidate will have proven experience in creating and maintaining strong brands across multiple market segments (consumer, prosumer and large media and entertainment sectors). He/she will possess an eye for the visual arts and have proven experience moving a team of people toward that identity. This type of experience would typically be attained through multiple years of marketing communications management inside a high-technology company and/or creative work at an ad agency.
Qualifications:•Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field of study.

•Seven to ten years of experience in leading a creative service team, preferably in the digital media or technology field.

•Expertise in web development technologies and tools as well as direct experience in using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat), QuarkXpress, MS Office, (Excel and Word) software applications.

•Knowledge and expertise in budgeting, and general project management.

•Multi-tasking in a dynamic environment where priorities and timelines can change frequently.

•Proven leadership skills and excellent written and oral communication skills.
